PURPOSE AND TASKS OF THE FOUNDATION 2.1. The purpose of FOUNDATION is: · to provide assistance for development of consciousness related and a national identity, for development of erudition and creative development of abilities of younger generations, for development of systems of family doctors, teachers, lawyers, etc.; 2.2. The tasks of FOUNDATION are: · to provide assistance for an establishment of contacts between educational institutions, the enterprises, mass media, professional and public organizations; participation in the foundation and carrying out both internal, and foreign scientific, cultural, sports, youth and other programs; · to provide assistance for education of the valid relation to the senior generations, assistance to creation and deduction of rest houses (sanatoria, dispensaries) for the senior generations, assistance to reception of places in these rest houses (sanatoria, dispensaries) for members of the FOUNDATION and for members of their families; · to provide assistance for foundation and participation in holding conferences, seminars, meetings, symposiums on different aspects of human activity, to help people in adjustment of the international contacts; · to provide assistance for development of ethnic and cultural traditions of burial and development of funeral business in Ukraine and abroad, for creation and deduction of cemeteries, crematoriums for burial of people and animals; · to provide assistance for search and creation, deduction and preservation of places of burials, (including related burials, burials of citizens to national or religious attributes, honourable burials, etc.), assistance for reception by members of the FOUNDATION of places for family burials; · to provide assistance for search and restoration of family communications, for comprehension of roots and for creation of genealogical trees of the family. · to provide assistance for restoration and development of mutual relations between diasporas of the countries of the world for safety of cultural and ethnic features of different people and the nations. 2.3. For achievement of purposes and for realization of the tasks stipulated by point 2.2 of this charter the FOUNDATION by means, established by current legislation: · provides assistance for carrying out an educational and consulting measures for members of the FOUNDATION with attraction of domestic and foreign experts; · acts as the participant of legal relations, gets the property and non-property rights, can be the claimant and the respondent in courts, including arbitration; · acts as the founder of the unions, concludes corresponding agreements, including with the foreign organizations and the enterprises, participates in realization of actions which answer its authorized tasks; · realizes own target and complex programs, supports programs of other organizations which answer the authorized purposes and tasks of the FOUNDATION; · takes part in the organization and financing of exhibitions, festivals, holidays, other welfare actions; · takes financial part in publication of propaganda, methodical and other materials, generalizes and distributes an operational experience of the FOUNDATION; · takes part, including financial, in preparation and training of artists and experts in the areas connected with a subject of activity of the FOUNDATION; · distributes the information and propagandizes ideas and the purposes of the FOUNDATION, including through mass media (the Internet, newspapers, radio, TV); · involves citizens, enterprises, establishments and organizations to material and moral encouragement of activity of the FOUNDATION; · provides assistance for development of scientific researches connected with a subject of activity of the FOUNDATION, gives material and other help to science officers. 3. MEMBERS OF THE FOUNDATION, THEIR RIGHTS AND DUTIES 3.1 Members of the FOUNDATION are citizens of Ukraine, citizens of other states, persons without citizenship which have reached 14 years, recognize this Charter, have desire to accept active participation in activity of the FOUNDATION and achievement of its purposes and tasks. The regulation of the FOUNDATION provides participation of collective members in its activity (collectives of legal persons). 3.6 Members of the FOUNDATION have the right: · to receive a trustworthy information about activity of the FOUNDATION; · to participate in all actions organized by the FOUNDATION; · to discuss and participate in a process of solving problems concerning the FOUNDATION 's activity; · to elect and be elected to governing bodies of the FOUNDATION; · to give power of attorney to other members of the FOUNDATION which will be their representatives on General meeting; · to receive from the FOUNDATION intellectual, organizational and other support in solving private problems and problems concerning achievement of projects which are directly connected with authorized activity of the FOUNDATION; · to resort to the FOUNDATION for protecting private legitimate rights and interests; · to stop the membership in the FOUNDATION at presence of the written reference.
