[index.html] Tutorial When you launch GymDiary for the first time a 'User data' dialog window is displayed. Here you can enter you name and lastname, set the password and your body metrics. You can begin work with GymDiary immediately by pressing 'Skip' button, but next time you would be asked to enter your information again. Main program window consists of 'Calendar view', 'Quick workout view', 'Mini-calendar' and 'Notes' windows. 'Calendar view' displays some period of time, that can be changed by using combobox below 'Notes' window. Within the selected time range you can plan your training cycle, using 'Add', 'Move' and 'Remove' buttons. When you press an 'Open' button a 'Workout planning' window appears. Use menu or buttons to plan your workout and then press 'OK'. When you click 'Editor' button 'Workout programs editor' launches. Here you can design your training program and apply it to selected time range (just press 'Tools->Apply program' or Ctrl + Space). On system startup GymTray application launches. It checks if you have any workout today and if so - you would be informed. Later you would be asked to fill workout results.
