MODULAR ENERGYSAVING GREENHOUSES

 

 

Owing to last scientific researches, specifically in biophysics, an opportunity appeared to cultivate agricultural products in greenhouses during the cold period of year (winter) under the cost price below the cost price of vegetables grown up in the summer in the open bed.

 

In result: you can collect more then 200 kgs of tomatoes, and more than 400 kgs of cucumbers from 1 m2, and power expenditures are reduced in dozens of times! Insignificant power expenditures for maintenance of optimum temperature (photosynthesis is more effective at the lowered temperature) result in the raised efficiency of plants:

- garden wild strawberry in 1,8 times;

- tomatoes in 1,5 times;

- cucumbers in 4-5 times.

 

With the purpose of creation of necessary conditions for plants the special technological subsystem of technologies of cultivation agricultures in the closed ground is invented, i.e. the special structures are created to work on technology! Not technology adjusts to structures, and devices are made to fit culture, providing optimum conditions of physiological development to the plants.

For berry, greens & tomatoes is created one sort of device; for grapes, cucumbers - another; and for cultivation of sprouts of garden radish - third.

It has become possible due to employment of special materials.

The new technological subsystem essentially differs from existing in the world and is called modular energy – saving system.

 

 

The basic component of this subsystem is the module.

The module is an independently working micro hothouse, which consists of agro technical device (they are of three types) and transformable one-layer or two-layer film cover.

 

Agro technical device is supplied with system of irrigation and top-dressing of plants, system of heating of root system of plants, illumination and the generator of carbonic gas.

For all-the-year-round manufacture of plants modules are established under multi-layer transformable film cover.

 

The module unites in itself advantages of vertical bed and hydroponics, enables cultivation of plants in environment with raised concentration of carbonic gas with low-power fixtures. The irrigation of plants is carried out with use of advantages of capillary irrigation, and top-dressing is possible with use of organics.

 

The micro hothouse is more than 50 meters of bed, the width of bed is 14 centimeters; a layer of substrate is up to 22 centimeters. It is possible to produce more than 300 kgs of tomatoes for 1,5 months (45 days) or more than 250 kgs of berries of garden wild strawberry.

All agrotechnical processes give in to mechanization and automation.

 

Expenditures of energy for 1 kg of tomatoes are 2,2 êW/hour.

Thus 30 % of expenditures of energy are night time and rate under the reduced cost - 0,007 $ for êW/hour.
