Mushrooms are a high-grade product containing fiber. Experience of the European countries, China and Japan shows that mushrooms can become one of the main food stuffs.

The best way of an investment of capital - is its investment in the production of the liquid goods.

Cultivation of mushrooms and snails on the closed cycle will allow to return the investments, to receive profit, to adjust reproduction of pure bioproducts, to receive additional workplaces.

The technology which was developed by scientific concern «AlLeVi», allows to produce mushrooms «Veshenka» without waste of energy.

Our energysaving technology assumes to use a substratum after cultivation of «Veshenka » in several variants.

Qualitative substratum (already used for mushrooms production) contains up to 80 % of vegetative fiber and after insignificant processing can be used on a forage to cattle, a bird and other animals.

According to biological dependence,  it is necessary to spend 4 units of vegetative fiber to  produce 1 unit of an animal fiber.

It is possible to receive more than 6 tons of vegetative fiber from one hectare: in the form of mushrooms Veshenka and their gifs (root system of mushrooms) after cultivation of «Veshenka». It is supposed, that with 1 hectares it is possible to receive more than 3 tons of animal protein. The retail price of meat of snails is more than $20 for 1 kg, so 1 hectare can make the income more than $60 000.

Meat of snails is an export product, as well as a snails’ eggs which are used for the manufacturing of “VIAGRA”.

The offered technology was created on the basis of a know-how of existing organizational technical opportunities and of some KNOW-HOWs of our company.

For reduction of cost of the project we offer to use empty cattle-breeding premises after sanitary – ecological reconstruction according to our projects.
