The company is now registered in South Texas with offices in North America and Europe. Our international presence allows us to deliver high level of services at a very competitive price. Multiplex Systems LLC is currently focused on development of robust and extensible web applications for small and medium businesses, educational organizations and public sector. Arthur Chtcherba Current : Since August 2003, Arthur is an Assistant Professor of Computer Science at the Department of Computer Science of the University of Texas - Pan American. He teaches Computer Architecture, Programming Language Design, Compiler Construction, Computer Networks, and C++ programming. As a researcher he has published 8 articles. He is currently working on a small book/monograph on the subject of his research, which is due in 2006. Previous : Arthur received his Bachelor's and Master's degrees (summa cum laude) in Computer Science and Applied Mathematics from the State University of New York at Albany and his PhD in Computer Science with a thesis on Symbolic and Algebraic computations from the University of New Mexico. He has spent a year at the University of Wyoming as a Visiting Assistant Professor, teaching Computer Design, Computer Architecture and Computer Networking. His primary responsibilities include determining the strategic direction of the company and adoption of new technologies. Sergiy's areas of interest include Web, Web applications, and enterprise computing. Previous : Sergiy received his Bachelor's and Specialist's degrees (with honors) in Electronic Engineering from Khmelnytsky State University and Master's degree from the University of New Mexico with a thesis on porting Jikes Research Virtual Machine to a 64-bit PowerPC architecture. Sergiy's previous experience includes managed runtime environments, memory system performance, compilers, garbage collection, and 64-bit computing while studying and working at the University of New Mexico and IBM.
