In 1992 graduated from the agronomical faculty of Poltava State Agrarian Institute, speciality – “Agronomy”, qualification – researcher and agronomist. Candidate of agricultural sciences from 1996. Defended thesis on the 8 th of October in 1996 in specialized council of the National agrarian university. Teaching training activity experience is 6 years 2 months. On the 3 rd of May was taken on the position of assistant of chair of ecology and botany of Poltava State Agrarian Institute after graduating from post-graduate course. From December of 1997 was moved up into position of lecturer of above-mentioned chair. Since April 1997 until May 1998 has been working as a deputy of dean of the agronomical faculty. Since May 1998 is taken into position of vice-rector of international contacts department and educative activity. Since October 1998 is taken into position of dean of the preparatory department for foreign citizens. In May 2002 the contract of taking into position of vice-rector of international contacts for the period of 5 years was made. Since August 2000 – professor of the chair of ecology and botany of Poltava State Agrarian Academy. He is a lecturer, holds laboratory and practical lessons for students of the following faculties: “Economics and Management”, “Accounting and Auditing”, “Veterinary Medicine”. Essential training courses: “Ecological Principles”, “Veterinary Ecology”, “Plants Protection”. Being a professor of the chair of ecology and botany he is busy with scientific and methodical, educational and research activity. Scientific council of the Academy confirmed the theme of doctor's dissertation. Together with a group of co-authors got certificate of patent grant to create local newness “Device for ecologically pure agriculture”. Member of the council of young scientists of the academy. Main training-methodical and scientific publications Oleg Gorb has 16 publications, 12 of which are scientific works and 4 ones bear training-methodical character.
