A.: I was born and live for now in large and beautiful city of DnipropetrovsТk. I live in large and beautiful house with my husband and two children. My son Ц Anatoly already is Golden AIE, both of them him and his bride Olga makes the business very actively and dream of to make the qualification required for cruise over Mediterranean Sea. My daughter Anna, 13th years old, schoolgirl yet, her hobby is the riding. She intended to make the business with Amway in future. Q.: What was your occupation before youТve started this business? A.: My education is the cooking technologist. After graduating IТve worked as chief-technologist of public nutrition. But at once after we get the opportunity weТve started our own business. We always looked for the new opportunities because we werenТt sure in future. When IТve hear of the Company, its reliability and guaranties IТve made decision with no doubts. Q.: Do you remember your first meeting organized by you? What did you fell then? A.: I remember my first meeting, indeed. My best friends tried to destroy my inspiration and enthusiasm. The more they dissuaded me the stronger was my intention to make this business. And now I do not remember the hundreds of rejections but I remember those meetings when IТve met the people who caught this business idea like me. Do not be afraid and do not be lazy to arrange the meetings, people await this information; you just have to go on. Q.: How do you manage this business? A.: My business itТs the people. Do not try to make the people for the business but make the business for the people. This is the business of duplication and you can make it only if you have your own achievements. If you as true leader very industrious, benevolent, make self education and always improve yourself you can wait the same form your business partners. Your organization itТs a precise copy of you as a leader. Do show to the people everything that you have in your heart Ц aspiration to success, sincere wish to help the people in business because the main principle of success here is to help the others to make the business. Q.: Which of the human properties the most important for you? A.: I appreciate the strong spirit, strong nature, good ambitions purposefulness, industriousness, persistence. I like positive and cheerful people, optimists. Honesty, sincerity brings the pleasure of intercourse and friendship. Q.: What is the source of your motivation? A.: Surely, the large rewards and free-of-charge journeys very motivate me. But an acknowledgment of my success is the most important source of motivation for me. I really wanted to be the first Crown AIE all over Ukraine. I really wanted it and was afraid that somebody else does it first. Q.: What about your dreams, goals? A.: My single dream it is the happiness and prosperity of my family. And of course to participate every journey that the Company of Amway offers Ц Scotland, Paris, Monte-Carlo, Wimbledon tournament, Las Vegas, F1, Oscar Award ceremony, Vienna ball, Australia, a journey round the world. This year my cherished dream Ц IТve got the invitation to USA, me and my children will go to Orlando and then to New York. I dream to make above mentioned journeys with my team of partners and friendly Amway family. My nearest goal it the level of Crown Ambassador in Ukraine and Crown AIE in Russia. Q.: Do you have some suggestions for the others? A.: During all years of my cooperation with the Company IТve thought a lot of phenomenal success of the business of Amway and decided that the most strong partner relationships here. We do not have financial relations between us, just with the Company and the Company very genius concerning financial questions. And more, you can not lose if you make this business, just do not give up and do not capitulate, because there are not the winners and losers here.
