[index.html] ABOUT UNION The Union of Real Estate Experts was created in 1995 by leading Real Estate companies of Kiev city. The main purpose was to regulate the processes on the real estate market and to develop a civilized cooperation on the market. The Union cooperates actively with Association of Real Estate Specialists of Ukraine, taking part in the programme of certification of practice on the Real Estate market. The Union is one of the organizors and participants of seminars dedicated to different subjects: projects of development of the Real Estate business in Ukraine, residential and non-residential Real Estate etc. Three committees function in the structure of the Union: • The committee on the questions of professional ethics; • The committee on the questions of valuation of the Real Estate; • Drafting committee. Also the inspection commission functions in the structure of the Union. The majority of them are Real Estate Agencies. Other members of the Union are the companies, which grant services in other segments of the market. The main further purpose of the Union is establishment of the unified information field, creation of the unified business rules and their performance by the members of the Union.
