Kiev Apartments Express [apartments/Oneroompage1.htm] PRIVACY AND CONFIDENTIALITY All booking data, including credit card information, is kept confidential and is not disclosed to the third parties. Please note, inquiries made by the third parties about your bookings will not be answered, unless you instruct us to do so. In case, you wish to have someone follow up your reservations for you, please, inform us about his/her name and the e-mail address. PRICES Prices are quoted in USD and include all taxes. Indicated prices are for individual tourists only. Group rates are dispatched upon request. Prices are subject to change. However, invoiced amounts are not changeable unless discussed when invoicing. REQUESTS Requests are processed upon reception of online form requests, e-mailed letters, faxes or just phone calls. We will respond to your inquiry within 24 hours from the moment we receive your message. It is advisable to start making travel arrangements at least 14 days prior to the expected date of arrival to Ukraine. Although booking in advance (30 days or less,) is much preferred, we will process your last minute requests as well, if they are received within the working hours - Monday though Friday, from 10 am till 6 pm, GMT+2. CHECK-INS AND CHECK-OUTS Check-in time is 2:00PM, check-out is at 12:00PM. RESERVATIONS AND PAYMENTS Reservations are processed upon conditions below. Please, note that conditions depend on a type of payment. In all cases, guaranteed reservations can be made only for 7 days or more. We can only guarantee same or better quality apartment at the same rate if you intend to stay less. All remaining balance must be collected at the time of your possession of the place. One time charge of $10 applies to all arrivals after 21:00, if not using our pickup service. For credit cards payments We accept Visa and MasterCard. Should you wish to make a payment with a credit card, please, specify it in your request for booking, in our comments section. We will e-mail you our encrypted Pay Pal credit card payment request, due in 14 days prior to your planned arrival date, to guarantee your reservation. Your reservations will be confirmed within 24 hours from the moment payment confirmation is received. Billing Credit card payments imply 4% surcharge. Transportation cost will be billed when tickets are available for booking. For bank wires You can make your payment via bank. If you wish to make a payment via bank, please, specify it in your service request form. We will send you the invoice for a bank wire for your confirmation. Please note, that there is $ 10 additional charge for international wires, plus whatever fee your bank will charge you for the transaction. Bookings will not be processed until we receive your approval. Within 24 hours from the moment your approval is received, if not on the weekend, we will confirm the bookings. Payment will be due within 3 working days from the moment bookings are confirmed. Travel arrangements will be cancelled automatically if payment is not received in this term. Bank wires are not accepted for short notice bookings. The paying party settles bank charges. Minimal amount for bank wires is 150 USD. Payment for extra services will be due to service providers directly, e.g. phone calls cost, extra time for guides, etc. CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS For canceling travel arrangements, please, e-mail or fax to us. The reception of cancellation will be confirmed within 24 hours from the moment your message is received, if not on the weekend. Please, note that if you have received no confirmation within this term it means we have not received your message. When making cancellations, please, make sure the information is received. Apartments Apartment cancellations made at 7 days or earlier notice, are subject to cancellation fee of $ 25, plus the charge associated with returned bank wire or credit cards transaction. Apartment cancellations made at shorter notice prior to the check-in date are subject to cancellation fee equaling one day stay cost, as well as the charge associated with returned bank wire or credit card transaction. Airport pickup, car hire, guide and other services These services can be cancelled at one working day notice and cost will be refunded in full upon check-in. LIABILITY Kiev Express is fully responsible for completing your reservations in accurate and timely manner and guarantees the delivery of services and cost according to the invoiced amounts. Kiev Express has no control over standards or quality of services provided by accommodation and transport counteragents as well as booked flight cancellations or delays. We reserve the right to move you to the same quality or better apartment if it becomes a necessity due to the unexpected extended stays. We do our best to provide accurate information on the amenities and quality. If an issue arises when staying at a place of your choice and it cannot be resolved with the management directly, please, contact us before your checkout.
