A Web Cam Session - If you desire more than correspondence with your lady or simply want to verify that your lady is truly the one responding to you emails, your lady can come to our office and you can actually see, hear and speak with her via MSN Web Cam Session.  You must have MSN Messenger 7.5, which is video and audio enabled.  You must also have an MSN "Hotmail" account or other MSN enabled email address to submit before MSN Messenger will work.  To download MSN Messenger and to obtain a MSN enabled "Hotmail" account just visit www.msn.com.  To get the full effect (and so your lady can also see and here you), we suggest that you buy a web cam and microphone of your own.  However, you can still see and hear your lady through MSN Messenger, even if you prefer to only instant message her or if you only have a microphone.  You can sign up for a Web Cam call with your special lady by logging into your account and clicking the little Web Cam icon under her picture .  You will then be directed to a Web Cam time request form to fill out.  Make sure to include your MSN enabled email address so that we can "invite" you to the video session at the time the Web Cam session is scheduled.  (If a lady does not have the Web Cam Icon under her picture it means that Web Cam is not yet available at her local marriage agency office). 

Important note:  Web Cam calls are done only in 20 minute increments and requested times must be in Ukrainian time, which is 7 hours ahead of Eastern time, 8 hours ahead of central and 10 hours ahead of Pacific Coast time.  After we receive the form you will be emailed when the Web Cam session has been scheduled and also sent a link by email for secure on-line credit card payment.  (You must also give us at least 72 hours to reply to you regarding setting up a web cam session).  If the lady is not available at the time you requested you will be given alternate times to select from.  If you have any question about this process you can send an email to webmaster@ukrainetx.com  or simply call us @ (281)435-2952.

Important Requirement For All Web Cams: 
All "Web Cams" require evidence that the lady is actually interested in corresponding with you.  In other words, you must have received at least 2 replies from her to qualify for requesting a Web Cam.  The reason for this is that if a woman is not interested in replying to a particular man's letters or participating in correspondence with him, then obviously she is not going to come to our office to do a Web Cam with that particular client.  Remember, our correspondence is real and therefore, not everyone will be interested in corresponding with everyone.  We are not going to waste your money or the time of our female client if there is no interest on her part.

Web Cam Rules: 
Your Web Cam Session will last only as long as is scheduled.  No going over your designated time limit.

No exchange of contact information of any kind per the International Marriage Broker Regulation Act of 2005.  This includes, but is not limited to last names, physical home and work addresses, email addresses, web addresses and phone numbers.  If you attempt to exchange contact information your Web Cam Session will be terminated immediately and no refund will be given.  Ukraine, Texas will comply with the letter of the IMBRA, regardless of what other companies are doing.  Since men are allowed to register on our website without interview or background disclosure of any kind, Ukraine, Texas will never compromise the safety of our female clients by selling or providing their contact information to an unverified individual.  Once you (the man) have been accepted into our Introductions program and have been interviewed, as well as provided a Background Disclosure as is required by the IMBRA, with the lady's written permission, you will be allowed to exchange contact information.  If you try to exchange contact information in any way, your session will be immediately terminated and your profile will be deleted from the Ukraine, Texas site without refund.
