Odessa's Jackrabbit Jamboree Art Project
This Odessa, Texas
"hare-raising" event began as a joint project of several
local civic and art organizations to become the first large-scale
community
art project in the city's history. The funds raised through the
sponsorship
and purchase of the 37 brightly decorated hoppers will benefit future
public
art projects as well as provide scholarships for students of the
UTPB Art Department.
