Enhanced comfort car interiors are man ufactured as based upon metal partitions faced by glass reinforced plastic panels. Car heat insuta tion is made of ISOVER material featuring low thermal conductivity and hygroscopicity, as well as maximum noise absorption. Car outside painting is effected according to modern know how and material standards acceptec worldwide. Car outside colors are defined by the customer. Aluminum plastic sash pulleys are mounted. Metal reinforced glass interior skeleton construction doors are mounted and complete replacement of passenger and service compartment furniture is performed. New power and water supply systems are installed, all technical and sanitary equipment units are replaced. Car power supply is effected from the DUGG-28B alternator and TH>K-350 alkaline battery at carriage type bogies. At stops power supply from 380/320 V, 50 Hz outside sources via flflCTT cabinet is effected. Power supply for combined boiler is maintained from TT 315.003-00 000 high voltage cabinet. Any adjustments, monitoring and control of power supply are made from a MP-CVKfl-2 control desk manufactured by HARTRON company, Ukraine and STC "TRANS-TECHNOLOGY" mounted in service compartments. The car is equipped with: fire alarm systems; lights with off-line transformers; cabin attendant call system; T182M data display; toilet occupancy lights indicators; NORD-type refrigerator; microwave oven; electric furnace of KHORTITSA-6 type. To provide for power supply of 220 V, 50 Hz during travel the car is equipped with 110/220 V transformer.
