The FSA FLEX (Freedom Support Act Future Leaders Exchange Program) is an exchange program for high school students to spend a year studying in the United States. The program is funded by the Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs of the US Department of State and administered in Ukraine by American Councils for International Education: ACTR/ACCELS. To date almost 2,000 Ukrainian high school students have spent a year in the US living with an American family and studying in US high schools. FSA/FLEX Alumni share with the community their experiences gained in the US and organize events such as Charity Ball, clean-ups, Career day, and other.

We are an extremely motivated young people willing to make positive changes and contribute to the development of democracy in Ukraine.

In 1999 FSA FLEX alumni club has registered as a non-government organization - Future Changemakers. We have received a grant from USIS to conduct our First Project.
