Following a profound analysis of the market, we came to a conclusion that there exists a demand for propane, butane and iso-butane and a decision to create a production of these gases has been made. In order to do this we have attracted a number of highly qualified specialists from the oil-processing and cryogenic technologies industries. On the basis of their knowledge and work experience an experimental equipment installation has been created that allows to produce propane, butane and iso-butane in their pure form, using the method of step-by-step (consecutive) rectification. Quality control system of the produced gases implies an entry-level, technology- and exit-level control of the products. Our plant is equipped with a modern gas-analysis laboratory. Thermo-conductivity and helium-ionization (HDID) detectors are used during the sample-testing process. We are also able to provide a certificate confirming the quality of product by SGS assessment for separate batches of the product, if necessary. The product is shipped in transportation containers or cylinders provided by the buyer. Prior to being filled with gas, containers undergo a quality control test. We are also planning to obtain an ISO-9000 certificate by the end of 2006.
