We are particularly familiar with GAFTA and FOSFA arbitrations having obtained a considerable number of awards in favour of our clients. An important portion of our practice is conducting enforcement proceedings in various countries of the world.

We are able to run arbitrations and litigations based on foreign law. The fact that all our lawyers are British educated gives us a unique opportunity to consult and arbitrate under English law. This is particularly important in grains and fats trades as major part of these sectors, including GAFTA and FOSFA Arbitrations, is conducted under English law.
