The UCELA seeks to strengthen the link between the science and the realm of policymaking and strategic planning. We endeavour to facilitate the experience exchange between developed and transition societies and within the community of transition countries. For this reason, we keep relations with different universities, think tanks, and consultancies resided both in Western Europe and across the NIS countries. Our political independence allows us to produce unbiased alternative analyses to be considered by decision makers regardless of their political/ideological stance or corporate dedication. UCELA members have substantial experience and can call on a wide network of specialists, most of whom have advanced degrees from leading universities in Ukraine and abroad.
