Established in 1999 by founding partners Yuri Perch and Pavel Gubin, ADDFORCE is an enthusiastic young company with a fresh new approach to recruitment. Having identified a need for a bespoke service in the fast growing Ukrainian market, the company has been successfully trading for 6 years. In 2002, due to increased turnover, the management team was strengthened further by the addition, as Managing Partner, of recruitment specialist Igor Kabuzenko.
Since the company’s inception, ADDFORCE’s consultants have successfully completed over 550 projects for Ukrainian and foreign companies. In 2004 alone, ADDFORCE effected 128 projects.
Located at the heart of Kiev’s business capital, just of Kreschatik, ADDFORCE is well placed to meet the needs of the country’s corporate community. In addition to an extensive knowledge of the primary market, ADDFORCE also has strong connections in the regions which last year accounted for 35% of the company’s turnover.

All 3 of the company’s partners hold business degrees from the Open University (UK) and are well versed in the latest recruitment techniques having worked alongside foreign companies at home and during their job placements abroad. This, combined with 8 full time consultants who are also well practised in the methods of western recruitment, ensures ADDFORCE is a major player in Ukraine.
