Cheap VHF-UHF Yagi

Yesterday I decided to make little VHF-UHF antenna for local repeaters.

Elements are aluminum TIG soldering rods: 4.0mm of diameter, almost 1m long, these objects are light, thin and flexible. I bought 10 rods for $5 and 1 meter of PVC water pipe with latches and other parts left over from renovation.

I placed it on the balcony.

The resonance is slightly lower, but not critical.
