Board of Directors
The Board of Directors of the American Chamber of Commerce in Ukraine is elected every year. Elections consist of two stages – Nominations and Voting. Any employee of the member company can nominate a candidate who holds the highest representative position of a member company in good standing. Voting is conducted in electronic format when the online election page is published. A newly elected Board of Directors is announced during the Annual General Membership Meeting at the beginning of December.
