AmCham Ukraine is a part of EMPOWER HER initiative by AmCham EU and the AmChams in Europe network that aims to promote the role of women in international business and trade.
Women’s Executives Leadership Development Initiative (WELDI) is a personal development and business-networking platform that brings together successful, powerful, and goal-oriented women leaders for more than nine years. WELDI is aimed at boosting leadership skills, learning, and empowerment of women leaders. Created in 2013 under the umbrella of the American Chamber of Commerce in Ukraine, this initiative unites 500 TOP female leaders from AmCham Ukraine member companies.
We are proud of our like-minded WELDI community that unites talented and visionary female leaders from AmCham members through knowledge, experience sharing, and empowerment.
