A massive fraud scheme is exposed: Documents have been falsified to pass the Exam at the Uzhhorod National University
Yesterday future dentists all over Ukraine were taking the Krok 2 Exam. At the Uzhhorod National University, the Exam was being taken by 120 Ukrainian students. Among them, there were 35 students, that is, nearly 30% of graduate students, who tried to pass the Exam by means of a fraud, having drawn bribed interns and former graduate students into their scheme. This scheme involved gluing a photo of another person into the examinee’s passport, which was noticed by the Testing Board representatives present at the Exam and duly reported by them to the law enforcement authorities.
Officers of the Migration Police Department, along with investigators from the Zakarpattia Police Head Office, arrived to the place of an attempted fraud and officially registered the fact of a crime.
Currently, the investigation is underway. The passports with signs of forgery have been confiscated.
The Testing Board intends to continue taking all the measures necessary to ensure that any fraudulent activity on the part of Krok examinees is impossible during the Exam.

We would like to inform you that the date of the Unified State Qualification Exam (the USQE), Stage 1 for the students majoring in “Stomatology” will be moved to May 13, 2021.
This decision was made because of quarantine restrictions put in place in response to the spread across the territory of Ukraine of COVID-19 acute respiratory disease caused by SARS-Cov-2. Currently, the “red” level of epidemiologic risk of COVID-19 spread is declared in the cities, where the majority of universities are located.
The Testing Board has already informed the universities about the new date for the USQE, Stage 1 for the students majoring in “Stomatology” (letter № 372/01-25 dated April 22, 2021).
Taking the USQE, Stage 1 for the students majoring in “Stomatology”
In compliance with the letter № 22-04/10723/2-21 issued by the Ministry of Health of Ukraine on April 07, 2021, the date of the Unified State Qualification Exam (the USQE), Stage 1 for the students majoring in “Stomatology” will be moved to April 27, 2021.

Currently, the “red” level of epidemiologic risk of COVID-19 spread is declared in the cities, where the majority of universities are located, and public transport in a number of regions is limited to special transportation only.

Starting today the Testing Board begins active collaboration with the State Educational Institution “Educational and Methodical Centre on Questions of Quality Education”
Starting today the Testing Board begins active collaboration with the State Educational Institution “Educational and Methodical Centre on Questions of Quality Education” (SEI EMС) that provides organizational support for accreditation of specialty training in schools. The SEI EMС also provides expert assessment of academic and vocational programs in professional pre-university education. Many crucial strategic issues concerning medical pre-university education were discussed during our meeting with the management of the SEI EMС.
Having mutually agreed that active collaboration between the Testing Board and SEI EMС will be beneficial for improvement of medical education in the schools that provide professional pre-university education, the two organizations have signed the Memorandum of Collaboration and Partnership.
Within the scope of the Memorandum, its Parties will collaborate on organization of joint events, aimed at improvement of professional pre-university education in “22 Healthcare” branch of knowledge. The Testing Board will provide the SEI EMС with analytical information about the assessment results of students enrolled in professional pre-university education establishments. The assessment is conducted in the format of the Unified State Qualification Exam and the results will be taken into account during the accreditation. Other types of collaboration for improvement of professional pre-university education in “22 Healthcare” branch of knowledge are planned as well.- Start
