Administration of the Unified State Qualification Exam: 10 key points

  1. The list of students majoring in Medicine, Stomatology, and Pharmacy and registered for the test-based USQE, with the USQE component and classroom specified, was sent by the Testing Board to the schools in August.
  2. The students, who will be taking the exam, must reach the building, where their exam classroom is located, using the route determined by the school. They will be allowed into the building according to the predetermined schedule. The routes and the schedule must account for the time needed to measure the temperature of every examinee and prevent the examinees from forming a crowd.
  3. The entrance into the building and participation in the exam is allowed only in masks or respirators, after the temperature screening, and only if there are no signs of a respiratory disease (runny nose, cough, shortness of breath, etc.).
  4. The temperature screening and checking for the signs of a respiratory disease will be done by a school employee with medical training.
  5. If there are no signs of a respiratory disease, a student will be asked about being on self-isolation/observation and whether there are grounds for such measures. The information provided by a student must be confirmed in writing.
  6. If body temperature above 37,20С is normal for you, we advise you to contact your doctor in advance and obtain a medical certificate that confirms it. This medical certificate will be taken into account by the employee, who performs the temperature screening, when checking for the signs of a disease and deciding whether a student should be allowed to take the exam or not.
  7. The students, who passed the temperature screening, can go to the classroom. Before going to the classroom, we recommend you to visit a sanitation room and wash your hands, after which you should immediately go to the classroom.
  8. Upon entering the classroom, you should leave your personal effects in a specially designated place. You should keep on hand only your passport, a ballpoint pen with deep black ink, and your personal protective equipment (hand sanitizer or antiseptic, replacement single-use masks or a respirator). You use your pen to sign your answer sheet, your informed consent form, etc.
  9. You can start your exam only after you were identified based on your passport that was indicated during your registration for the exam.
  10. After an officer from the Department of Police Security checks a student for the devices forbidden during the test, the student should take his/her place in the classroom, indicated by a proctor.
