Dear students!

With the help of the Testing Board, the Main Department on Fight against Corruption and Organized Crime of the Security Service of Ukraine along with the investigators from the National Police and under the guidance of the Prosecutor General's Office has uncovered a massive fraud scheme that involved falsification of the exam results in Kyiv medical schools.

The pre-trial investigation has revealed that the scheme was organized by a former Vice-Rector at one of Kyiv medical schools. The perpetrator claimed that he had connections at the Ministry of Health of Ukraine and at the Testing Board. He promised medical students that he would ensure that they successfully pass the KROK Licensing Exams and receive their Certificates. (More details at the link: https://cutt.ly/VkJ1i5Z)

This is why, dear students, to avoid being deceived, we ask you to verify the information and turn down any fraudulent proposals.

For your protection against the fraudsters, the Testing Board has developed and implemented an online module that allows checking the authenticity of the KROK result Certificates, so that you could always check yours.

To do that, you need to go to the webpage https://cert.testcentr.info/ and enter the following information about your Certificate into the corresponding boxes:

Certificate ID number;
Name of the exam;
Student ID code that you had at the exam.

Currently, the Certificate Register contains information only about the Certificates issued after the exams that took place in the period from 2010 to 2020.

We also would like to inform you that the Certificates issued in 2021 contain a QR code. Having scanned this code, you can quickly check the validity of a Certificate.

The Certificates issued outside the abovementioned period will eventually be added to the Certificate Verification Service as well.

Dates of exam retakes and additional exam sessions in 2020

Dear students and interns!

We inform you that the Testing Board has determined the dates of exam retakes and additional exam sessions for the Krok 1, English Language Proficiency Test, and Krok 3.

Exam retakes and additional exam sessions for the Krok 1 and English Language Proficiency Test will take place on:

December 15, 2020 – for the students majoring in Medicine, Pediatrics, or Medical Psychology;
December 16, 2020 – for the students majoring in Stomatology or Pharmacy.
Additional Krok 3 exam session for interns will be held by the Testing Board on December 08, 2020.

According to the regulations, exam retakes will be held for those students, who took the abovementioned exams in 2020 and failed them. On the other hand, additional exam sessions will be held for those students (interns), who were absent at the exam with a reasonable excuse that was confirmed with the relevant documents.

The Testing Board has developed and launched a Certificate Verification Module allowing you to verify the authenticity of the Krok Certificates and the exam results obtained by the students.

From today you will be able to check your Certificate. To do so, please go to: https://cert.testcentr.info/ and enter the following information from your Certificate into the appropriate fields:

1. № Certificate;

2. Name of the exam;

3. Student's identification examination code.

Regarding the date of the USQE Stage 1 for foreign students in specialty "Medicine"

Taking into account the results of the extraordinary meeting of the State Commission for Technogenic and Ecological Safety and Emergencies, dated 23.10.2020 on the establishment of restrictions in regions with a "red" level of epidemic danger of COVID-19 spread, which in most cities classified as "red" epidemic danger, lifted the restriction of visits by students of higher education institutions, guided by the letter of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine dated 28.10.2020 № 22-04 / 32005 / 2-20 is informing that the USQE Stage 1 for foreign students in specialty "Medicine" will take place on October 29 and 30, 2020.

For students who will not be able to take the USQE Stage 1 for a good reason, including due to the established of quarantine restrictions, the impossibility of timely arrival, the Testing Center will organize additional session of the USQE.

Regarding taking the USQE Stage 1 exam by foreign students of specialty "Medicine"

Taking into account the meeting results of the State Commission for Technogenic and Ecological Safety and Emergencies, dated October 15, 2020, about the revision of the epidemic danger levels of COVID-19 and the establishment of restrictions in regions with "red" epidemic danger, numerous appeals from higher education institutions and students with a request to postpone the Stage 1 of the Unified State Qualification Exam (hereinafter – USQE) for foreign students in specialty "Medicine", guided by the letter of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine from October 19, 2020 № 22-04/31000/2-20 we inform that taking of the USQE Stage 1 exam for foreign students of specialty "Medicine" in October 20-21, 2020 has been postponed.

Information about the date of taking the USQE Stage 1 exam by foreign students of specialty "Medicine" will be determined by the Testing Board additionally and published on the official website and Facebook page.
