In accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Chambers of Commerce and Industry of Ukraine", Odessa Regional Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ORCCI) is a non-governmental non-profit self-governing organization. ORCCI unites legal entities which are founded and operate in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine and citizens of Ukraine who are registered as entrepreneurs, and their association.

ORCCI unites 264 enterprises and organizations from industrial, commercial, agro-industrial, scientific, educational, insurance and other fields.

ORCCI provides a wide range of services, working closely with regional authorities, ministries and departments, embassies, trade missions and other chambers of commerce and industry.

At present, the ORCCI has signed agreements with 61 foreign Chambers of Commerce and Industry which allows them to receive operational information about the activities of enterprises abroad, exchange commercial offers, expand foreign economic contacts.

The structure of the ORCCI includes Chernomorsk, Izmail and Reni affiliates.
