We invite you to join the team of volunteers of the 49th KIFF "Molodist".

Each year, the team of the most energetic, creative and responsible people helps to make the festival the best and set up the work of all its departments. This is a unique opportunity to look behind the scenes of the festival, gain a new experience and get to know the world's leading filmmakers.

Volunteers at KIFF "Molodist" are involved absolutely everywhere. This gives them a unique opportunity to get deeper into the life of the festival, to increase their skills or to get a new story, to solve complex tasks and to help organize the daily work of the festival. The great advantage of Molodist volunteers is free communication with the stars of the cinema industry, the opportunity to become one of the first spectators of the world and national premieres, but the greatest value is to feel like part of the friendly Dream Team Volunteers, new acquaintances and enjoyment of the goal.

History

KIFF Molodist is one of the major specialized film events in Ukraine and Eastern Europe according to the International Federation of Film Producers' Associations (FIAPF)

Jury and prizes

The main focus of these two days decided to give Ukrainian directors, so the national competition in October will still take place. The event will be held at the Cinema "Kyiv" Cultural Cente
