Appeal of the UBA Committees to the Verkhovna Rada on the Powers of Arbitration Courts
The Committee on Procedural Law and the Committee on Alternative Dispute Resolution of the Ukrainian Bar Association appealed to the Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada and the chairmen of the relevant committees to consider recommendations to the draft law "On Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine on Improving the Investment Climate in Ukraine" regarding the extension of the powers of arbitration courts.

UBA Statement on the Bar Reform
On November 9, 2017 the Ukrainian Bar Association released an open statement urging the Judicial Reform Council to finalize the draft new edition of the Law "On the Bar and Advocacy" as soon as possible, to hold a wide-range professional discussion and to propose to the President of Ukraine to submit it to the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine as urgent.
