TEKT Investment Company was established in July 1995, and has implemented for 23 years of its operation a number of projects the majority of which laid the foundation for establishment of capital market and development of green energy in Ukraine.
During the early stages of its development, the company was engaged in buying blocks of shares in companies interesting for strategic investors. As a result, it gained an extensive experience of buying and selling companies.
Keeping apace with the formation and development of the Ukrainian capital market, TEKT obtained a license to issue and trade in securities, and also established a trader and a number of investment funds.
The company was actively involved in formation of the Ukrainian market by participating in the management of the PFTS Stock Exchange and Inter-Regional Capital Union, and, at the same time, being a shareholder of the National Depositary of Ukraine.
Following the global financial crisis of 2008 and the disruption of the Ukrainian capital market, TEKT decided to start focusing on investments in real economy. The company manages projects in real estate, alternative energy, construction of optical fiber telecommunication lines, food industry, and railway transportation.
In addition to investments and management of direct investment funds, TEKT Investment Company applies its experience to provide services of supporting M&A transactions, project management services and resolution of specific corporate situations.
