DLA Piper appointed Alla Kozachenko as head of corporate and M&A in Ukraine

DLA Piper announced that Alla Kozachenko, legal director, has been appointed as a head of Corporate and M&A practice in DLA Piper Kyiv office since 1 May 2017.

Alla specializes in corporate law, M&A, as well as contract and labor law. For more than 15 years, she has been advising Ukrainian and foreign clients working in various sectors, including pharmaceuticals, telecommunications, hospitality, IT. Alla received master's degrees at the Institute of International Relations of Kyiv National University named after Taras Shevchenko in 2002 as well as at the Institute of Intellectual Property and Law in 2005. According to rating edition Chambers Europe's Guide 2017, Alla Kozachenko is personally recommended as 'Associates to watch'.
