RE.: Information on MTIBU’s former member PrJSC ''IC ''Energopolis'' (code 033)
Dear Sirs,
Based on the decision of our membership of June 18, 2014 MTIBU has taken over
the settlement of the claims from our former member PrJSC ''IC ''Energopolis'' (code 033).
Please note that PrJSC ''IC ''Energopolis'' was a member of MTIBU up to 2007 and
duly carried out its obligations arising out of the Green Card issued.
However due to recent unsatisfactory level of financial discipline of the
insurer the above decision was taken in order to avoid any occasional Guarantee Call against MTIBU.
In view of this, we kindly ask you to inform us of all pending demands for
reimbursement addressed to PrJSC ''IC ''Energopolis'' as well as of all the cases which are
being handled.
Demands for reimbursement concerning claims settled as from June 26, 2014 shall
be sent directly to the Motor (Transport) Insurance Bureau of Ukraine in accordance with
Article 5 of the Internal Regulations.
We kindly ask all the Bureaux to whom it may concern to cancel the approval they
have granted to the correspondents for handling and settlement of accidents involving
insureds of PrJSC ''IC ''Energopolis'' and to settle these claims by themselves.

RE: MTIBU's centrally managed handling
and reimbursement of Green Card claims
as from January 01, 2013
Dear collegues,
We would like to inform you the following.
With a purpose of overall improvement of financial stability of the Ukrainian Green Card market, srict compliance with the provisions of the Internal Regulations and taking into consideration the successful experience of certain CoB Members, the Motor (Transport) Insurance Bureau of Ukraine (hereinafter -MTIBU) implements as from 01.01.2013 the new procedure of centrally managed handling and reimbursement of the Green Card claims.
The above-mentioned procedure is pursuant to the new financial relations of MTIBU and its Members. These relations are economically based on accumulation of net written premiums on MTIBU's accounts.
Managed by MTIBU the centralized handling and reimbursement of the Green Card claims will concern the accidents occurring as from 01.01.2013 outside Ukraine.
The accidents which occurred before 01.01.2013 will continue to be handled and reimbursed by our Members concerned.
In order to facilitate the implementation of the new procedure, MTIBU created new e-mail addresses for our Members which are maintained at MTIBU's server. That shall allow our Bureau to proceed with operation of the relevant correspondence promptly and effectively.

The correspondence (accident notifications, supporting documents, demands for reimbursement etc) related to the accidents occurring as from 01.01.2013 shall be sent directly to the mentioned above e-mail addressees or to the fax number [+38044] 583 03 06 or to the postal address: P.O.B. № 272, KYIV 2, 02002 UKRAINE.
We would like to point out that our former Members UNIVERSALNA (Code 001), PROSTO-insurance (Code 074) and UNIQA" (Code 080) (terminate their memberships in MTIBU as full members, cease to issue the Green Cards as from 01.01.2013) will continue to carry out their obligations covered by MTIBU's guarantees in conformity with the Internal Regulations. Thus, the correspondence related to the claims in respect of UNIVERSALNA, PROSTO-insurance and UNIQA shall be sent directly to the Members concerned.
The changes with regard to the new correspondence addresses will also be reflected and available at the CoB's web site.
The relationships with foreign Correspondents, nominated by our Members for handling their Green Card claims abroad, remain unchanged. The relevant Correspondents will receive appropriate instructions from our Members in due course.
We stay at your disposal for any additional explanations you might require.
We kindly ask you to circulate this information to all CoB Members in order to make this information available to whom it may concern.
