Wedding & Graduation Party - 2016

On April 14 – 17, 2016 on the eve of the wedding and graduation season XVI International Trade Show "Wedding & Graduation Party' 2016" was holding in the territory of the International Exhibition Centre. The Organizer is the International Exhibition Centre.

The doubtless leadership of the project "Wedding & Graduation Party" among the similar events in Ukraine is confirmed by professionals' assessment, qualitative and quantitative list of participants and visitors of the trade show, the high level of trust in the Organizer. This year a wide range of goods and services for weddings and graduation celebrations was presented by 130 companies over the area of more than 3500 sq.m. About 4000 people visited the exhibition.

THE MAIN WEDDING TRADE SHOW OF THE STATE demonstrated the importance of holding the annual meeting of the wedding industry's best representatives once again. The participants use effectively all the advantages of the most popular exhibition event for active promotion of their products and stimulating sales, close cooperation with colleagues, competitors and customers.

"Wedding & Graduation Party" has great potential for further development. Geopolitical advantages of our country that integrates the European values, excellent skills and perfect quality of goods of Ukrainian wedding designers and producers, stable image of the most ambitious wedding trade show in Ukraine, well-developed infrastructure of the International Exhibition Centre creates the ideal conditions for the international business area working.

Today it is possible to affirm proudly that Ukraine is the center of the wedding fashion. The most important players of Ukrainian wedding industry have been known outside our country for a long time. Due to the reasonable prices and high quality of production, Ukrainian brands continue to take up leading positions among foreign trademarks.

This year the trade show demonstrated stylish design, delicate handmade and perfect cut of the authors' works of the Ukrainian producers. The leading and prospective wholesale companies that were specialized in production of wedding, graduation, evening and children's dresses and accessories in various price segments were participated in the exhibition. Among them are Maxima TM (Chernivtsi), Trinity Bride ТМ (Chernivtsi), MarryBride ТМ (Chernivtsi), Dominiss ТМ (Kharkiv), Design Studio of Oksana Polonets (Kyiv), Anna Vasileva ТМ (Chernivtsi), IdealFata (Chernivtsi), Imperatrice ТМ (Lviv), MIG Dress (Chernivtsi), Fashion Manufacture ТМ (Kyiv), Radotex ТМ (Chernivtsi), Atelier of Wedding Fashion by Iryna Sulimenko (Kyiv), Oksana Davimuka, the designer of wedding and evening dresses (Lviv), Natalia WeddingStyle (Chernivtsi), Syniy Lyon ТМ (Kyiv).

Participants of the exhibition held В2В meetings with the directors of wedding salons, the owners of Ukrainian and foreign wholesale purchasing organizations.

The trade show gathered the representatives of event market's different segments. Business meetings with partners and colleagues, gaining new supporters allows to form the circle of contacts for new projects realization, to join their efforts and creative possibilities for bright and memorable celebrations holding.

Retail products and complex of services from "А" to "Z" concerning preparation and holding of weddings were presented by the wedding salons and boutiques, event organizers and wedding agencies, wedding décor and floristic studios, shops of wedding printing and attributes, jewelry stores, restaurants and confectionaries, style and make-up studios, photo & video studios, transport and travel companies. Among them are the wedding salons Anne - Mariee (Kyiv), Azara Bridal (Kyiv), Dolce Vita (Dnipropetrovsk), Cathy Telle (Kyiv), Glam Novias (Kharkiv), Veta - Ukraine (Kyiv), Paradise (Chernivtsi), Prima Assol (Chernivtsi), Victoria Bride (Kyiv), Grand Ajur (Kyiv), Inessa (Kyiv), Lelya (Kyiv). Among the event agencies there were Elite - Prazdnik, Gold Event, Maestro di Vetro, MG Studio, Mon Avis Bijor, Mullberry Décor, ShaDi, Tango, True Love, Vert, Art Hotel Bakkara, Vozdvizhensky Hotel. Wedding cars were presented by Avrora Limousine Service and Luxury Cars. Future newlyweds and graduates were given the opportunity to get acquainted with the true professionals who were ready to turn their important events to the real fairy tales.

The participants demonstrated the high level of the stand presentations. The stands not only impressed the visitors by the exuberance of colors and paints, grace and splendor decor but also charmed them by the wedding stories. The most stylish and creative ideas of wedding décor and floristic were showed by SavAnna, Camelia, Aquarel, Follow Love, Luxpompon, Marry Grand, Nadberezhna Décor, Namaste, Someri Flowers, Wild Passion, Ajvory Decor, Vash Prazdnik, Markovskie Studio, Show - room Fan - Fan Tulpan, The Garden, ModaFlora.

EXHIBITION PROGRAM

The exhibition program was the center of the wedding and festive events and business meetings.

The stage was the main place for the show program. The script and the stage direction conformed to the celebration atmosphere and energized viewers. On different days of the exhibition the participants among which were the leaders, performers, dance and music groups, masters of ceremonies, wedding specialists took part in the show.

The improvisation of the Show Sexual Reading by the Black Square Theatre, bright performances of the ballet show "La Rouge", the String trio "The Red Woods", the saxophonist Vadym Drozdovsky, the bandurist Valentyn Lysenko, the electronic string quartet "Asturia", the guitar player Max Vorog, the magician Yuriy Monchak were in the program. The presentation of the European classical wedding ceremony by Olga Streltsova and the workshop on the secret meaning of the marriage ceremony by Olexandr Vysotsky were held vividly.

The defile of wedding dresses by the Ukrainian masters became the pearl of the show program. There were the collection show of the evening and wedding dresses in the national style by Oksana Polonets, the successful Ukrainian designer, the presentations of modern wedding dresses by Natalia Wedding Style TM and the company "MigDresses".

The workshops and the master-classes were hold in the free format on the stage:
- The workshop for brides: "We know about wedding dresses everything and more" by the permanent exhibition participant, the winner of the European contests in the nominations "The Wedding Dress of the Year", "Wedding Collection", the founder of the Fashion House "Maxima" Marin Guralyuk.
- The master-class for brides: "How to hold the repetition of the wedding hairstyle and makeup" with the demonstration of the wedding image creation by the head of the Style Studio of Svitlana Medvedeva.
- The master-class on the wedding dance training was held by Alina Dyachenko, the choreographer of the wedding dances, flashmobs, dance performances.
- The master-class on the wedding floristics was held by the specialists of "The Floristic Academy of Natalia Ageeva".
- The presentation of the company "Sound Works" that is the technical partner of the trade show. The director Dmytro Symonenko told about technical capability and potential of his company (the light, the sound, the stage, musical arrangement, professional DJs). Qualified specialists, equipment of well-known world brands allowed to provide the events of different scale. For years of work, the company has proved that it is the reliable and responsible assistant in different events organizing.

- BUSINESS-FORUM FOR WEDDING INDUSTRY'S SPECIALISTS gathered the professionals that were driven by the idea of wedding market and own business development, desire to learn, generate ideas, realize established goals and objectives. The specialists were given the opportunity to meet with upscale wedding professionals who were the talented, successful people. They shared the secrets of their skill, talked about new wedding trends. The organizer is the company "Discussion Club with Marina Ischenko & Ihor Seemann".

The International Exhibition Centre expressed its appreciation to the partners for assistance in organizing the program:
