Sayenko Kharenko represented a leading Polish polymer manufacturer in safeguard investigation

Sayenko Kharenko’s international trade team represented VITA POLYMERS POLAND SP. Z O.O. in the course of safeguard investigation related to imports into Ukraine of plates, blocks and sheets of flexible foam notwithstanding of country of origin and export initiated by the Interdepartmental Commission on International Trade.

Our legal services included: drafting commentaries, participating in the hearings and drafting post-hearings submission, answering to the requests of the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine, etc.
