REPORT ON THE RESULTS OF
V INTERNATIONAL TRADE FAIR EUROBUILDEXPO - 2015

V International Trade Fair «EuroBuildExpo - 2015» was held on November 10^th – 13^th in the territory of International Exhibition Centre (15, Brovarsky Ave., Livoberezhna underground station, Kyiv, Ukraine).
Organizers of exhibition: International Exhibition Centre, Ltd., with the support of Ministry of Regional Development, Construction, Housing and Communal Services of Ukraine, the State Agency on Energy Efficiency and Energy Saving of Ukraine.

It is known that building industry is one of the most important branches of the national economy in any country of the world. Effective functioning of the whole economic management system is directly connected with it. The improvement of state regulation in the sphere of housing construction, support of domestic manufacturer of goods and services, using of energy efficient technologies and materials in construction branch today is considered as one of the priorities of state economic policy.

Opportunities of International Trade Fair «EuroBuildExpo» are consisted in the demonstration of the most advanced building materials and equipment, as well as in the implementation of energy saving technologies in the Ukrainian building market and in popularization of energy efficient activities.

Year by year International exhibition center as organizer uses positive experience in simultaneous conducting of thematically related exhibitions, target audience of which is also similar in many aspects. That's why International Trade Fair «EuroBuildExpo» takes place together with such exhibitions as «CommunTech», «RoadTechExpo», «AQUA UKRAINE», «Energy Efficiency. Renewable Energy», «Agroforum» and «Industrial Ecology».

On the 10^th of November composition of honored guests, who took part in the opening ceremony of this large - scale activity, shows the importance and relevance of exhibition project of such level:

- Serhiy Savchuk – Head of State Agency on Energy Efficiency and Energy Saving of Ukraine

The national and foreign manufacturing enterprises, as well as companies which represented products of Belgium, Germany, Greece and Italy took part in International Trade Fair «EuroBuildExpo - 2015». It is a wide range of products for application in almost all branches of national economy: architectural elements of any complexity, prefabricated buildings, paints and varnishes, household and industrial boilers, lighting devices, insulation materials, etc.

Participation of the following foreign companies
indicates the geographic expansion of exponents,
and consequently interest in access to Ukrainian building market:

Ebawe Anlagentechnik GmbH (Germany) – design and development of manufacturing lines of various precast concrete panels;
Stancolac Fotious SA (Greece) – manufacture of paints, varnishes and coatings.

Constructions and materials for applying in various branches
were represented at the stands of companies:

Novobud-Dnipro LLC – manufacture of concrete blocks for industrial and civil construction;
Prom-Electro LLC – manufacture of gypsum vinyl wall panels;
Universal Protective Coatings LTD – development and manufacture of special materials for waterproofing works, protection and restoration of constructions and buildings, machinery and equipment;
Tekhinkomtsentr LTD – official dealer of international concern Pipelife (Ireland) – the biggest European manufacturer of plastic pipes and «warm walls system»;
Budtechinvest-2007 – manufacture of 3D panels, distinctive feature of which is to considerably accelerate construction process while using;
Teplomerezhpostach LTD – supplier of materials and components for heating networks;
Widzew, PSE – manufacture of rolled metal and building materials;
Artdeco Ukraine LLC – manufacture of metal constructions and forged items
and many others.

Heating equipment for using in both every day life and industry
were demonstrated by enterprises:

BEZGAZA – household and industrial boilers with various power usage of European manufacturers;
Svoy Dom, SPE – manufacture of ceramic and stone heaters «KUO»;
Akvahaus, Trading House, LLC – manufacture and sale of inside floor convectors of own TM FanCoil.

Finishing materials were represented by:

Yaskiv Darnytsia Silk Factory LTD – manufacture of textile wallpapers, roll wallpapers and panels;
Oberon-Decor LTD – sale of parquet products of the leading domestic and foreign manufacturers.

Building services were offered by:

Alma-Kiev LLC – building services, manufacture of architectural elements;
Teplobudservice, PE – design, installation, repair of gas supply system, heating, water supply, etc.

International Congress «Institutional and Technical Aspects of Reforming of Housing and Communal Services» (organizer – Minregion) traditionally became the key activity, which combined all exhibitions into one large - scale project. Many its activities were devoted to problems and perspectives of construction industry development. The leading specialists highlighted the following issues: energy efficiency of buildings, development tendencies of technical regulation system in construction, legal and regulatory framework concerning building thermo - modernization, modern energy effective building materials application, etc.

Program

Despite some difficulties of the current period, at the whole exposition, which occupied almost 13000 m², over 350 enterprises presented their achievements for necessities of building industry, housing and communal services, water industry, objects of agro - industrial complex, for popularization and implementation of energy efficiency solutions.

This year International Trade Fair «EuroBuildExpo - 2015» is one of the components of the large - scale project, which included authoritative specialized activities, devoted to necessities of different branches. It gave participants an opportunity to present their products to the widest range of visitors. Exhibitions and activities of business program were attended by 8000 of specialists: the heads of government and executive authorities, profile specialists of housing and communal enterprises, water household, construction and assembling organizations, power and metallurgical branches of industry, mechanical engineering, food, pharmaceutical, chemical and petrochemical industries, project and scientific - research organizations and agricultural workers.
