Chairperson of the Supervisory Board since 2011. Currently, Ms. Vasylyuk holds a position of CEO at Agroholding Avangard, LLC. Prior to joining Avangard in 2007, Ms. Vasylyuk worked at Prykarpatska Finansova Kompaniya, LLC (Sales and Marketing Director) and STC Investmnets, LLC (CFO) starting from 2004.

Education: Ivano-Frankivsk National University of Oil and Gas (major in Finance and Accounting, 2005).

Iryna Melnyk

Member of the Supervisory Board

Member of the Supervisory Board since 2013. Currently, Ms. Melnyk holds a position of Chief Financial Officer at Agroholding Avangard, LLC. In 2005, Ms. Melnyk was appointed as financial director of Stanislavska Trading Company, LLC. She held a position of director at Ukrmyaso, LLC from 2007. Ms. Melnyk joined Agroholding Avangard, LLC as Deputy Chief Financial Officer in 2010.

Education: Precarpathian National University named after Vasyl Stefanyk (major in Economy and Entrepreneurship).
