On October 13, 2016 IFA Ukraine conducted its third lecture on international taxation for the 6-th year students of the Institute of International Relations (KIMO). Iryna Kalnytska, the Head of YIN IFA Committee, Head of Tax Practice if GOLAW has delivered the topic of PE Concept and, among others, analyzed Oriflame and Dell court cases as examples of existence of PEs. Other lectures in KIMO and other Universities will follow. |
