Anastasiia was born on November 4, 1948 in Vinnytsia Oblast of the Ukrainian SSR. She received legal education from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv. In June 1977 Anastasiia Zaritska joined the Volodarskyi District People's Court of Kyiv Oblast and her first judicial appointment was as an Officer of Justice. Mrs Zaritska was appointed the Judge to the Makarivskyi District People's Court of Kyiv Oblast in April 1984. Then she served as the Judge of the Appeal Court of Kyiv Oblast from 1993 to 2007, subsequently she was appointed the Judge of the High Commercial Court of Ukraine during 2007 - 2010. She was the Judge-Secretary of the Third Judicial Chamber of the High Commercial Court of Ukraine from 2011 to 2013. In 2013 she was appointed the Judge of the High Commercial Court of Ukraine.
On September 25, 2014 by the Decision of the XII extraordinary Congress of Judges of Ukraine Mrs Anastasiia Zaritska was appointed the Member of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine.
Awarded with the honorary title “Merited Lawyer of Ukraine”.
