Support agent for German-speaking customers
We're looking for a person who is:
- A university graduate or undergraduate;
- An experienced PC user;
- Able to deal with stress and has good communication skills;
- A fluent Russian and Ukrainian speaker;
- A fluent German speaker;
- An intermediate+ speaker of English.
Responsibilities:
- Online assistance to customers – over the telephone and email;
- Keeping internal records.
