We are searching for a person who has
- 2+ year HR experience;
- Rate 360 experience (implementation, analysis, reporting, correction of behavior/conduct);
- skills in drawing and implementation of HR projects;
- experience in teaching;
- skills in long-term staff development programs;
- upper intermediate level of English and proficient Russian;
- ability to tolerate stress, convince, and conflict free approach;
- leadership traits and high level of self-management;
- initiative, flexibility, striving for constant progress and etiquette growth.
Responsibilities
- drawing and implementation of Rate 360;
- project support;
- program trainings;
- analysis of results;
- delivering of results to clients;
- planning of evaluation enhancement for next session.
