The prestige of higher education at Pryazovskyi State Technical University is well known, both inside Ukraine and abroad. PSTU enrolls foreign citizens on the basis of a License for Providing Educational Services, Series AB No.420807 issued on October 5 in 2008 by the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine.
The foreign citizens are enrolled in accordance with Ukraine's international agreements, as well as inter-state programs, contracts signed with juridical and other entities, as well as by direct applications of the foreign citizens.
The applicants must have basic general secondary education. Foreign citizens who studied in higher educational institutions abroad are enrolled at PSTU on submission of the certificates of the educational and qualification level they have obtained (based on evaluation of their documents). Those foreign citizens who hold university degrees and have demonstrated willingness and aptitude for research and scientific work may join the postgraduate and doctorate programs offered by the University.
In compliance with Regulation on Education of Foreigners and Stateless Persons in Ukraine 1238 of Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 5 Sept, 1998 foreign citizens must submit the following application package:
The documents indicated in b) d) f) must be translated unto Ukrainian, certified in compliance with the existing laws and regulations of the countries who are issuing them and legalized in due order, unless specified otherwise by international agreements of Ukraine.
Entering Ukraine with the aim of obtaining education is allowed within the period between 15 August and 15 November every year.
All foreign citizens who study at higher institutions of Ukraine must pay tuition fees, unless specified otherwise by international agreements of Ukraine or by the existing law.
