The organizing committee is preparing the 16th International Transport Week, Exhibition “Inter-TRANSPORT” to take place in Odessa from the 31st of May till 2nd of June 2017.

The Event is included into the plans of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation Permanent International Secretariat (BSEC PERMIS). The Ministry of Infrastructure of Ukraine, Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine and Odessa Region State Administration are coordinating the Forum. Traditionally the Conference programme and exposition are being formed under the support and with the active participation of Association of the Black and Asov Sea Ports (BASPA), Ukrainian Ports Association UKRPORT, association UKRVNESHTRANS, Association of Freight Forwarders of Ukraine, Register of Shipping of Ukraine, Odessa National Maritime Academy, Odessa National Maritime University, Association “Union of Port Operators”.

12th South East European Associations of Freight Forwarders and Logistics Operators Congress (SEEFF)

In 2015 80 companies from 13 countries (Ukraine. Austria, Belgium, Britain, Germany, Italy, Kazakhstan, the Netherlands, Poland, Uzbekistan, Turkey, Lithuania and Estonia) took part in the Exhibition “Inter-TRANSPORT”.

In 2016 in the framework of “Inter-TRANSPORT” there will be
- the XVth International Exhibition “Inter-TRANSPORT” on Transport, Ports, Logistics, Infrastructure and Equipment for Transportations and Cargo Handling Works;
- the XVth Conference “The Black Sea Area Transport Network: Complex of Communications between Europe, Asia and other Continents”;

In the Conference framework there will be Plenary Meeting and Specialised Sessions on the following themes:
The Black Sea area prospective transport network formation; The development of the trance – Black Sea intermodal system container lines, rail ferry and auto ferry lines for goods and passengers; Modern trends in ports development; Ports cargo handling/lifting technologies and equipment development; Ports hydro technical and coast protection constructions building, reconstruction, design and technical maintenance; Transport higher educational establishments: education and scientific research development; Grain Market Transport and Logistics Infrastructure Development.

• International Freight Forwarders’ Day;
• meeting of the International Black and Asov Sea Ports Association (BASPA) Council;
• meeting of the Association of Ukrainian Ports “UKRPORT” Committee;

• workshops.

While the Exhibition was working there were registered more than 1000 visitors – specialists from 27 countries (Austria, Azerbaidgan, Belarus, Belgium, Bulgaria, Great Britain, Hungary, Germany, Greece, Georgia, Spain, Italy, Cyprus, Korea, Lithuania, Moldavia, the Netherlands, Poland, Romania, Syria, Turkey, Uzbekistan, Ukraine, France, Czech Republic, Switzerland, Estonia). Among them there are 67% of CEO and managers of the high level, 17 % of technical specialists and 16 % of researchers.

We would like to invite you to consider the possibility of participation in the Exhibition-Conference “Inter-TRANSPORT” in 2015.

We believe that the Event is the important instrument to solve the transport policy practical tasks and to develop transport infrastructure.
