ULR Register

About the Register

The United Licensing Register is automated system of gathering, accumulation, and recording data on licensing of some economic activities (Order of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine "On Approval of Procedure of Establishing, Maintenance and Using of Licensing Data and its Supply to the United Licensing Register" No. 1658 of 08.10.2000 (Ukrainian)).

Register administrator

State Regulatory Service of Ukraine is administrator of the United Licensing Register.

Receiving information from the Register

Information from the United Licensing Register is provided in the form of:
  • Information from the Register, also by using electronic means of communication or electromagnetic data storage devices;
  • Information, contained in the United Licensing Register, is placed on the official web-sites of licensing authorities and State Service of Ukraine for Regulatory Policy and Entrepreneurship Development.

Procedure of information issuance from the United Licensing Register is regulated by the Order of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine "On Approval of Procedure of Establishing, Maintenance and Using of Licensing Data and its Supply to the United Licensing Register" No. 1658 of 08.10.2000 (Ukrainian) and Order of the Licensing Chamber of Ukraine "On Approval of Act of Procedure and Conditions of Data Provision from the United Licensing Register" No. ЛП-37 of 15.11.1996 (Ukrainian).

State Enterprise “Information Resource Centre” does not provide information from the Register, except for provision of display of information from the ULR on the web-site.

Development and technical feasibility

Pursuant to the paragraph 3 of the Order of State Service of Ukraine for Regulatory Policy and Entrepreneurship Development of 08.07.2009 No. 122, 09.09.2009 the United Licensing Register data collection in the form of table files was conveyed by State Service of Ukraine for Regulatory Policy and Entrepreneurship Development to SE "IRC". Today ULR is maintained by means of monthly processing of files with determined structure, received from licensing authorities.
