Main responsibilities:

• Participation in architecting, developing and implementing high-quality CAD software;
• Solve existing performance problems, and establish processes to avoid such performance issues in future versions of product;
• Permanent review of software requirements and design;
• Day-to-day communications with top-managers of company.

Requirements:

• 7+years of total software product development experience with responsibilities as  lead or senior software programmer;
• 5+ years of working experience in software development using Delphi programming language;
• Excellent skills to write easily maintainable code;
• Deep understanding of OOP/OOD principles;
• Ability and desire to learn new technologies;
• At least Intermediate level of English language (reading, writing);
