Member of the Management Board since 2011. Mr. Maltsev held positions of the Director of Atlanta Capital, chaired the Supervisory Boards of Financial Initiative and Globus banks, was a member of the VAB Bank Supervisory Board.  

Education: Kyiv National Economic University, Ukraine (MA, major in Finance and Credit, Banking Management).

Anzhelika Golovko

First Deputy Chairman

Member of the Management Board since 2011. About 25 years in the Ukrainian banking sector (of which 18 years on managerial positions), including at Ukrsotsbank, Aval, Industrialbank, MT-Bank, Ukrprombank, Financial Initiative Bank.

Education: Kremenchuk State Polytechnic Institute (major in Management).

Oleksii Salivon

Deputy Chairman, Director of Corporate Banking

Deputy Chairman of the Management Board since 2010. Over 15 years in banking, including Universal Bank, Raiffeisen Bank Aval, and First Ukrainian International Bank.

Education: Zaporizhia National University, Ukraine (major in Finance), Vienna University of Economics and Business, Austria (MBA in Banking and Insurance).

Andrii Yatsiuta

Deputy Chairman, Compliance Officer, Responsible for Internal Financial Monitoring

Member of the Management Board since 2013, August. Held position of the Deputy Chairman in Financial Initiative Bank (The Bank) since 2012, March. With VAB Bank since 2012, September on position of Advisor to the Chairman.
