No, iHUB does not invest, and does not get involved in the financial activity of its residents in any way.

We are a team of like-minded individuals, who are aiming to create a conductive environment for the development of entrepreneurship and innovation in Ukraine and across Eastern Europe. Hence we provide opportunities to our residents at an affordable service rate only to cover our operating costs with no profit.

First of all, our main focus is to provide access to education through regular events and competitions to early stage startup companies, while co-working spaces is essential real estate business. Making profit is not our aim. iHUB is a social not-for-profit project with an objective to better the innovation and entrepreneurship eco-system of Ukraine and other Eastern European countries.

An IT entrepreneur, a startup company, a specialist or a team that has a workplace at iHUB, takes advantage of the residents’ benefits, is eager to learn and excel in every way, and is a part of our extensive community of innovators and entrepreneurs.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Norway actually supports not only Ukraine, but many countries across the world. Such initiatives are aimed at raising the general level of knowledge and technologies amongst youth, young entrepreneurs and developing economies.

It is a magnetic card given to each iHUB resident. It allows to work seamlessly in any iHUB centre in Ukraine and across Eastern Europe whatever the permanent residency city of the owner may be. You just need to check with your regional manager to make sure there’s workspace available at the other centres.
