Ukrferry is the holding company established by a group of shipping professionals in 1995 and having its core business in regular ferry services within the Black Sea. The company is registered in Odessa, Ukraine.

The network of regular rail/ro-ro ferry services created by the company maintains connections from North to South and from East to West along the following most important Black Sea directions:

Ferries running at the services are supervised by internationally recognized classification societies that are members of International Association of Classification Societies (IACS), such as Germanischer Lloyd and Lloyd Register and comply with strict requirements of safety provided for by these classification societies, flag state and corresponding international maritime conventions.

Ferries can take railcars, trucks, cars, semitrailers, containers, construction machinery including caterpillar type units, palletized, project, heavyweights and oversize cargoes for carriage. Passengers with luggage, private cars, motorbikes and bicycles are also carried.
