ASAP/After School Activities Partnerships' mission is to develop high quality after school activities and resources to empower youth and strengthen communities in Philadelphia. ASAP facilitates weekly after school clubs in schools, libraries, and community and recreation centers throughout Philadelphia. In the 2014-2015 scholastic year, ASAP served nearly 5,000 youth in 363 weekly enrichment clubs. Living Beyond Breast Cancer provides programs and services to help people whose lives have been impacted by breast cancer. Our goal is to provide information, community and support that you can trust, is easy for you to access and respectful of you and your situation. All our resources are carefully and frequently reviewed by some of the country’s leading healthcare experts and informed by people living with breast cancer. MANNA is a non-profit organization that cooks and delivers nutritious, medically-appropriate meals and provides nutrition counseling to neighbors who are battling life-threatening illnesses such as cancer, renal disease, and HIV/AIDS. Through our delivery of 3 meals a day, 7 days a week, MANNA provides hope and nourishment to the Greater Philadelphia area and Southern New Jersey. Volunteers are the heart of MANNA; each year 4,200 caring neighbors chop, cook, dice and deliver meals – enabling MANNA to provide all meals and counseling FREE OF CHARGE.
