Vasil Kisil & Partners represented real estate company in tax dispute

The attorneys of Vasil Kisil & Partners represented a Ukrainian real estate company in a VAT refund dispute before the Superior Administrative Court of Ukraine. The cassation court has upheld the decisions of the first and appellate instance courts and decided that the company is entitled to the VAT refund of over UAH 12 million, which was denied by tax authorities. The company was represented in the tax dispute by managing partner Andriy Stelmashchuk and associate Tetyana Berezhna.
