My name is Boris Samartsev. The callsign of my radio station is UT7UT, also UWØU. The station is located in the center of Kiev, the capital of Ukraine. My favorite mode is CW. On the air since 1986.

I prefer is DXing, Contests, DX-peditions and Pile-Ups. I was in many DXCC countries and islands expeditions through the IOTA program. In this moment, I’m enjoy of the “green” expeditions (the WFF and WWFF programs).

On the air I often using the clubs callsigns during DX-peditions and contests (EM5F, EM5HQ, EM5WFF, U5ARTEK/A etc.). I’m coordinator of the Special event stations EM2ØRRC, EM11ØRAEM and team leader of EM44U, winner of international competition Planet Earth Expedition 2010.

I’m member of international clubs: UCWC # 20, RCWC # 191, UDXC # 616, WFF # 99, RRC # 730, BSCC # 250, DCC#11, EPC # 11511 and many others. The leader of the Organizing Committee of WFF Green Day 2012.

Besides, I have been many times champion of Ukraine in High Speed Telegraphy and winner of international competitions in HF radio.

I’m QSL-manager for the stations: EM2ØRRC, EM2ØUARL, EM44U, EM11ØRAEM, ENØU, U5ARTEK (ex U5A, UB5ARTEK), 3DAØUT, C91UT. The user of LoTW and eQSL for next callsigns: UT7UT, UWØU, EM2ØRRC, EM2ØUARL, EM44U, U5ARTEK/A.
