"Dhokham Chushi Gangdrug [Four Rivers and Six Ranges] was originally formed in 1958 to defend the faith. But now it has become a welfare society according to need of time and situation," says Lingtshang Tsedor, President of the organization while speaking to media on the first day of the 3-day executive meeting held in Delhi on April 23, 2016.

Around 70 delegates from regional chapters in India, Nepal, Switzerland, Belgium, France, and Taiwan have come to attend the executive meeting in India's capital city.
