Charity Events

The Carolina Panthers are proud to partner with some of our region’s leading non-profit agencies to raise significant funds for a variety of critical community-based needs.

Football 101

Designed to increase basic football knowledge, Football 101 is an annual workshop that helps fans gain a better understanding of the game and provides a forum where they can ask questions - all in a fun, entertaining and engaging atmosphere. Panthers players define terminology and focus on the fundamentals of offense, defense and special teams. Participants also learn referee signals, are exposed to specific play calls and find out what it is like to be an NFL player. The event includes a reception in the team store, buffet dinner, locker room tour, fashion program, classroom instruction and a gift. Proceeds benefit Carolina Panthers Charities.

Taste of the Panthers

An evening of gourmet food, fine wine and great entertainment, Taste of the Panthers addresses the needs of the hungry and homeless by raising awareness and money for Second Harvest Food Bank of Metrolina. Panthers fans and food connoisseurs savor delicacies from some of the region's top chefs, and each restaurant is paired with a great glass of wine. Current and former Panthers players are on hand to mingle with those in attendance.

Weekend Warrior Flag Football Tournament

Adult flag football teams compete in the Miller Lite Weekend Warrior Flag Football Tournament each spring at Bank of America Stadium and the team's practice fields to raise funds for Carolina Panthers Charities. The two-day, non-contact tournament is for ages 21 and older and features three skill divisions: Couch Potato, 35 & Over and Co-Ed. The tournament format is four-on-four with rosters comprised of a maximum of six players (four players plus two substitutes). All teams are guaranteed to play a minimum of three games during pool play on the first day of the tournament. Fifty percent of all teams advance to Championship Day, which is a single-elimination format.
