Ajay Gupta

Ajay Gupta, is the Strategy and Marketing head for Ericsson in India. He has 30 years of experience across software, consulting and telecom. He has been instrumental in building businesses from scratch in the areas of core telecom products, OSS/BSS and Digital services, and consulting. He has been in leadership roles in managing business, sales and marketing, engineering, and customer management.

His current area of work involves creating strategies to drive future revenues across telecom and adjacent verticals, understanding of consumer segments and behavior. He focusses on creating deeper penetration of broadband services and delivering superior customer experience. He has worked globally across USA, Europe and Asia Pacific.

He is a member of TIE and India Angel Network and is an active Angel investor.

Ajay is an Electronics and communications engineer and has completed executive management and leadership programs at Kellogg school of management and Stanford University.

Vijay Sethi is the Chief Information Officer and Head Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) for Hero MotoCorp. Mr. Sethi has more than twenty five years of experience in manufacturing industry and consulting environment. He joined Hero MotoCorp in 2007 and prior to that, he has worked with Ranbaxy and TCS.

Rated as India's Best CIO, he has won several prestigious recognitions including CIO of the year, CIO Hall of Fame, Super League CIO, Champion CIO, Global CIO, Global CIO Hall of fame, ICON CIO, India’s Top 5 Most Respected CIOs, Best CIO, India’s Best IT Manager, Cloud Pioneer, CIO Grandmaster, BI Mastermind and many others. Mr. Sethi holds a Masters Degree in Industrial Engineering, an MBA in Materials Management and a Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
